Bugs = Buzz?

This has to be the most ill-conceived notion I've heard of in a year.

Well, maybe not the MOST ill-conceived... Whoever re-elected John McCain must have been really out of it too...

Hi Kylie!

Yeah, we do seem pretty opposite. But that's okay, people and opinions differ. So long as those opinions can duke it out in a civil debate (or debate can be avoided), it's all good. I enjoy talking to people whose opinions differ from mine.

Also, way to go for not getting angry about my comment. Many people have done that, and I can't say they were unjustified (I did, after all, come to their blog and comment). My point is that you avoided knee-jerk responses, and that's uncommon (I too am guilty of some knee-jerks...). Kudos, Kylie.

Yes, I love mock trial! Are you doing the case of Hattie Fields vs. Reese Register? It's horrible... Are you doing Mock Trial this year? If so, are you a lawyer or witness?

Nice to meet you, Kylie!

No, the CO case must be different. It's State vs. Mickey Finn. The case sucks ass if I do say so myself, I'm an attorney and competition is this Fri. Bummer dude, my team totally slacked off this year. The seniors aren't worrying about it, and the underclassmen aren't getting the support they need. My point being, I don't forsee my team going to competition beyond regionals.
Anywho... That's really all I have to say right now.

Sorry, I'm feeling lazy so I'm doing the anonymous thing

LOL No Way! We did that case last year! I was Park-Kinsley Popper (otherwise known as Needlehead). This year I'm an attorney though, and I think we're in a similar position to you. Sort of, anyway.

We have a lot of first-time participants this year, and on the Defense team, we only have one person who has been a lawyer in the past, and he's a witness this year. We're all first-time lawyers! We've done very well with our case, but we lack composure. The prosecution has more experienced people, and they've got the composure down pat, but they don't have as good of a case as we do.

The competition's on Saturday for us, and we've been wracked with misfortune. We've had people leave the team, and one of our attorneys has had all of two weeks to prepare his cross and direct, and two of our witnesses have had about that amount of time to learn their parts. Quite an interesting year, and I'll be very surprised if we make it to state.

Good luck with your case... Dylan Childs is evil. You know what's funny about P. K. Popper? He seems like he knows everyone, and he's friends with everyone... but NOBODY ever mentions him in their statement. Ah well, such is the life of a guy who goes to parties dressed as a giant syringe.

*wonders when some blogger will decide to use the name "lil' Nemesis T"*

Wow... That would be crazy, the whole "Lil' Nemisis T" thing. I'm so sick of my case, I have the CX of Bunsen and it is SOOOO much fun. Directing really bothers me for some reason. But, cross is exciting. That is my life right now, Mock Trial and 4n6. Sorry I'm not feeling more interesting right now.
